ON/OFF HIRE SURVEY
Surveys of vessels or maritime structures undertaken either before the vessel or structure is delivered into a charter, or redelivered from a charter. Our survey report include a detailed description of a vessel’s cargo spaces/deck areas structural condition, cargo space cleanliness, bunkers on board, listing of the vessel’s statutory certificates, portable securing equipment, etc.
BUNKER SURVEY
Bunker survey is produced the report that states the amount of bunker transferred or supplied onto the Ship’s Tanks. Typically this is done prior to and after a time charter period than mentions as On Hire Bunker (prior) and Off Hire Bunker (after). But we can also do quantity surveys in connection with bunker deliveries.
DRAUGHT SURVEY
A draft survey is a means of determining the weight of any materials being loaded into (or discharged from) a vessel. The vessel draft survey measures the displacement of the water both before and after the loading or unloading, with the resulting difference between the two displacements representing the weight of the cargo. PANERA conducts a draft survey on a variety of different ship types and cargoes.
SAMPLING
PANERA provide all types of cargo sampling, according international standards. Certificated laboratory accomplish analyses of the samples.
TALLYING
Tally of cargo is a type of surveying expertise aimed primarily at determining the quantity and quality of cargo. For the customer we provide daily reports, with quantitative data, weight and a brief description of the cargo, and on completion of cargo operations — the list of loaded and unloaded goods (final tally statement) and tally report.
LASHING SURVEY
PANERA conducts loading and lashing/securing supervisions and surveys on a vessels, rail wagons, containers and trucks. Our experienced surveyors operate together with the ship’s crew, stevedores and other involved parties, ensuring safe loading and securing of all cargo, according regulations.

For 15 years, Company’s Senior Inspector Mr. Salih Budilovich has been involved in the field of surveying services. He conducted a large number of various inspections, more than 1200 vessels and various industrial facilities in Europe, Russia and Kazakhstan.
